This 100% silk is a tussah - the threads are tick and thin, forming an interesting basket weave surface.

The colors are quite beautiful - a pale ivory, soft tan, and a peachy-pink pale color woven with the neutrals.  This fabric is firm, not drapey.  Suitable for a jacket or blazer or vest.  It will produce a beautiful, tailored garment.
