This fabric has a lot of structure with a stiff drape. It has a small amount of crosswise stretch but no lengthwise stretch. The recovery is good so it probably has a very small amount of spandex. This could work as a pencil skirt or vest for an adult, or a child's pinafore dress. It would also work for home decor. The burn test indicates a cellulose fiber, which is probably cotton. It feels a bit like a synthetic, which is odd because the burn test indicted natural fibers—maybe there's a sizing on this fabric? Also, judging by the stretch, there may be a small amount of spandex in there too.
