This is a lightweight black, white, and gray sweater knit with variegated stripes. It would make an excellent top, cardigan, or skirt. The ends of the fabric are cut at an angle, but I only measured the shortest length when calculating the length of this fabric. So you'll be getting a bit more fabric than the 1.2 yds indicated.

A burn test indicates that this is a natural fiber, probably cotton from the smell.
