Butterick 4200, Vintage, 1970s, Size 10 (Bust 32.5").  Envelope shows wear.

Fabric: soft or crisp fabrics such as seersucker, pique, linen, madras, gingham, crepe, pongee, etc.

This pattern has been cut, however, it was done neatly and all pieces are present. The tissue paper is super sturdy.
