From the envelope..."Very loose fitting, unlined,below hip jacket has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, mock welt pockets, 3/4 sleeves and contrast hankie and cuffs.  Loose fitting dress, below mid-knee, had slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, flounce variations, back zipper, and above elbow sleeves."
