This dark navy sweater knit is thin and sheer. It would make a great warm weather topper or line it for a garment with more body and durability. The yarn appears to be variegated with navy and black. It has a good amount of stretch, but I don't believe that is has any spandex.

The burn test indicates a synthetic fiber, probably acrylic.
