This fabric is a loosely woven medium to heavy weight fabric which has been fused to an interfacing to stabilize it. It could be used for a jacket or coat, or a heavier pant. The fabric feels like a cotton wool bland, but is mostly synthetic with maybe a bit of wool. There is no stretch or give to this fabric.
