Vintage McCall's 5262 Sewing Pattern. From envelope back:

Single breasted jacket in straight line blazer style, or lightly fitted cutaway jacket in continental style. Set in two piece sleeves, flap pockets or fake flap pockets. Notched collar, in one with jacket fonts, is faced and interfaced. Continental jacket dips low at back, has center back vent and is lined. Blazer may be lined. 

Size 12. Bust 32". Waist 25". Hip 34". 

Pattern is complete.
