This is a vintage piece of fabric. I'm not totally sure of the fiber content but my guess is it's a wool and cotton blend challis. It has a lovely drape and has a slightly stiffer hand than a rayon challis. 

1 1/8 yards. 40" wide. 

The print is a fun oversized scatter dot. Cream dots on a light blue background.
