Two pieces of 100% cotton sewing/quilting fabric. One piece measures 20" x 19"; the other measures approximately 16" x 9" (there's a cut piece from one edge that I didn't count in my measurements). Chocolate brown background with large polka dots in aqua, medium blue, purple, and metallic gold. There are no selvedges on these pieces so I don't know who the manufacturer is. However, it was purchased within the last 5 years so is contemporary, not vintage. Unused condition but it has been washed and there may be some loose threads on the ends.
