100% wool, bulky weight, hand wash, lay flat to dry. 2 skeins/40g/50m Recommended Size 15/10mm, gauge 11-12 sts/14-15 rows = 10cm/4" square.

This yarn is mostly labeled in Chinese, so brand is unclear to English-only speakers, but is clearly labeled as made in China from used/recycled New Zealand wool. Color is described as "wine" but appears a rich deep vivid pink that is very difficult to capture on camera. Enough for a warm and eye-catching hat, or youth slippers.

All my items come from a non-smoking home. It's been a few years since I had dogs or cats, and when I did they were kept away from the stash, but I can't guarantee a hair or two didn't make it in.
