Mint green fabric has brown lines like it was being measured out per pics

Gray fabric has 5-6 small holes, maybe made during manufacture, I'm not sure.

Its good but not great!

The material is the perfect color, and it has a great drape, it is what I needed. But as always there is a ketch. The polyester is a bit on the rough/ scratchy side, and some one marked on it in two spots in brown marker. The marks are near the edge and only a couple of inches long. But I am having to look into ways to get the material to soften up. If it doesn't I don't know what I am going to do with it.
