Size 14, bust 32 (junior's sizing, would be comparable to a modern XS or size 4) 
This pattern has been cut and lightly used. One piece is missing: piece H or back neck facing for views 3 and 4 on the pattern envelope. The missing facing piece can easily be drafted by an intermediate sewist. 
All other pieces and pattern instructions are intact and included.
