I did pre-wash this fabric because I pre-wash all of my fabric and at the time I didn’t know better…but it is clean and no stains, rips, or smells—and from what I’m seeing, there is no fading in the material. 

I see some listings on eBay and Etsy for the same fabric so I won’t say it’s rare, but this is a significant continuous sheet of pristine vintage fabric that would be a beautiful bedspread or set of curtains (a couple of sets of curtains).
